Whether that is in 1st Operations, Paint, Fabrication, Shipping, Receiving or Assembly Departments we will find the right fit for you. In these roles you will begin to learn through proper training, the base knowledge and skills in the manufacturing industry which will lay the foundations for upward progression into more challenging roles within the business!

Essential Functions

Must be able to understand and interpret job instructions, blueprints, manuals and specifications.
Must be able to measure and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished workpieces, the sequence of operations and setup requirements.
Must be able to effectively communicate, collaborate and cooperate with supervisors, co-workers, vendors and customers.
Must be able to calculate, set and adjust machine controls.
Must be able to perform work and maintain/operate machinery safely and efficiently with limited supervision.
Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Must be able to report to work on-time and work overtime, including weekends when necessary.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines without sacrificing safety, quality or productivity.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of related jobs for cross-training and capacity management.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to go up and down stairs.
Must be able to bend/stoop, squat/crouch, climb, kneel and twist.
Must be able to lift/carry/pull/push up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Must be able to operate pneumatic and/or motorized hand-held tools such as sanders, grinders, drills, impact wrenches, air chisels, or similar hand-held equipment.
Must be able to maintain full awareness of surrounding manufacturing activities and recognize and respond appropriately to safety hazards and alarms.

High school diploma is preferred

Pay & Benefits

Entry level positions pay an hourly wage of $19 - $23. You are eligible for all holidays beginning on your first day of employment. Following a 90-day probationary period, you will be eligible for benefits which can be found on the employment page.

agents and agree that the complaint will be barred if not timely filed. I also agree to request a non-jury trial and waive a trialby-jury. 
I further agree to file my complaint as an individual and waive any right to proceed as a representative of another
person.
 Finally, I understand that no representative of Parsons Company, other than an authorized officer, has the authority to
make any promise that is at odds with the above terms and that any such promise must be in writing and signed by the
authorized officer. If any of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, I agree that the remaining terms will remain
in full force and effect, and that the presiding court is authorized to reduce any restriction and/or impose any conditions
deemed necessary to give protection to the interests which are the subject of the invalid or unenforceable term.
