System can handle part envelope of 4’ X 5’ X 10’. 160’ SS Washer with 3 Process stages followed by multiple RO rinses, Capable of removing Laser Dross, light rust, Oils, Grease, and produce an Iron Phosphate conversion coating.100’ dry-off oven, prior to Temperature / humidity controlled environmental room were parts pass through a 10 gun Automatic Nordson ColorMax Quick color change powder booth. Parts then pass though Nordson Vantage powder touch up booth. Parts are cured for 450’ of oven to cure both thick and thin parts. After a cool down parts are then ready for Assemble or packaging to ship.

1 Liquid Spray Painting Facility 2 – booths 16’ wide by 14’ high, 1 is 20’ deep the other is 40’ deep able to handle large and small pieces. 1 – Graco Precision Mixer with 4 (four) color change capability and 1 – Graco Pro Mix II with 4 color change capability. Painting can be either Air spray or Electro static.
