Our hiring process for open positions begins with a review of applications and the scheduling of an interview for select candidates. Generally the first interview is with the Human Resource Manager followed by an interview with one or two other members of our management team. If you are being considered for a position, you may be required to take a basic math and reading comprehension test. An employment verification of prior jobs will also be done at this point. If you receive a conditional job offer, you will be scheduled for a pre-employment physical which includes a comprehensive drug screen.

Parsons Company is seeking an experienced Buyer with a proven track record of success in our industry.
As Buyer, you will be responsible for purchasing, receiving, and managing the inventory of various commodities used in our sheet metal fabrication enterprise, including the subcontracting of various operations. You will work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Manufacturing to meet forecasted needs for raw material and component parts.
To qualify for this position you must have at least 2 years of experience purchasing similar commodities in our industry. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of blueprints and material specifications, and demonstrate a history of success developing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory.
Parsons is hiring for a variety of manufacturing positions on both 1st and 2nd shift.
- Brake Press Operators and/or setup
- Mig Welding-select positions. Manufacturing experience required.
- Paint Line
- General Labor
Parsons pays a 15% shift bonus to work on 2nd shift. 2nd shift starts at 3:30 p.m. ending at midnight or later.
